About Me

Lori DeFazio

I have been a professional artist for 20 years. I have murals and artwork in businesses, private practices and galleries in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, California, Virginia, New Hampshire and Germany.

All my work is created, hand-drawn and painted by me. No projection images are ever used. I have won awards for my artwork at the Park Avenue Art Festival in Rochester, New York; Fairport Canal Days in Fairport, New York; The Letchworth Art Show in Letchworth State Park; exhibited in the Allentown Art Festival in Buffalo, New York; and The Corn Hill Art Festival in Rochester, New York.

Most recently, in 2006, I created a life-size fiberglass horse that was auctioned with the proceeds going to the Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora, New York. It is now on permanent exhibit in the center of East Aurora in their traffic circle. This was quite an honor, as never before has anything been permitted in the circle.

My style provides a whimiscal outlook on life and I enjoy capturing people and animals in a humorous way!
